Whether you run, walk, cycle, swim, scooter, skateboard or hop on one leg fitness is all about getting your body moving, your heart pumping and clearing your head. We love hearing about the different ways our staff achieve this life balance - Carla and Sally recently competed in the Queenstown Marathon 10k race - one walking and one running and you can see by the smiles how good they felt afterwards.
