He enjoys finding ways to improve businesses following acquisition, particularly through optimisation of commercial practices, and forging relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the businesses in his portfolio.

Wade is most proud of his long-term relationships with his current business partners, having navigated the highs and lows of the Covid period, amongst other challenges.
