Load apple tray packaging into size

Feed trays into the correct lanes according to specifications, i.e. count size, orientation, sequence and colour.

Work with the tray feeding team to ensure a continuous supply of trays to all lanes.

Reject any damaged or dirty trays and notify Packing Team Supervisor.

Keep work area clean and tidy, and during any downtime clean and pick up dropped fruit.

Continually observe for possible product contamination, i.e. blood, glass, plastic, foreign objects and report any incidents immediately.

Be prepared to help in other areas as required.

Ensure the trays are fed as per the sequence displayed on the PLC.

Accurately manage repetitive process.

Alertness to changing workflow patterns in response to variation in the apple sizes.
